Track 2 contains affirmations that can be listened to at any time. It’s quite safe to listen to this track while you’re driving, walking or going about your daily activities.
When you listen to Track 3 it’s important to sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes and relax as deeply as you can. This track is designed to take you into a deep state of hypnosis or relaxation. The affirmations for birth and parenting then become embedded in the subconscious mind, safely creating automatic relaxation and calmness before and during the birth.
All tracks can be listened to during labour and birth. I recommend that during your pregnancy you set aside at least 20 minutes daily to put your feet up, relax and enjoy Track 3.
