My name is Lauren and I am a HypnoBirthing Educator and also a HypnoBirthing Mum who gave birth to a little boy in January 2019.

I embarked on my HypnoBirthing education journey after I absolutely fell in love with this program before the birth of my son. This program gave me tools, knowledge and made me feel incredibly empowered.

I felt the need to share this with everybody I could, hence the reason I am here now, ready to embark on this life changing journey with you.

I hold group sessions and will also complete private sessions in your own home.
